This lady started out as an experiment to see if watercolours and markers worked well together. I wish I'd planned it better now, because they sure do!

I nearly had a panic attack during the bloody scanning, though. As with most my work, this is A3 (double letter size - and thus, double scanner size) and it took me nearly two hours to scan and piece together correctly. As well as loss of colour, detail and contrast, you can SEE where it's been pieced together. So, before I make prints of her, I need to take her somewhere professional. Blech.
